  • 💎 What is a Mystery Scoop?

A Mystery scoop is a surprise bundle of handmade bracelets. The number of diamonds in your scoop determines how many bracelets you'll recieve.

  • 💎 Can I choose the bracelets I receive?

No. Every Mystery Scoop is completely random, making every order a fun surprise

  • 💎How many bracelets will I get?

The number of bracelets depends on how many diamonds you receive in your scoop. For every charm with your bag, you also get one more!

  • 💎Can I choose my bracelets?

No. Every Mystery Scoop is completely random, making every order a fun surprise and an unique experience. But keep an eye out of the website, for bracelets you will be able to buy individually.

  • 💎What size are the bracelets?

The bracelets are made to fit approximately 17 cm, which is the standard size, but thanks to the elastic stretchy cord, can be stretched to fit 18-19 cm. If you need a smaller or larger size, feel free to leave a note at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • 💎 How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually packed within 14 working days. Shipping times depend on your country.

  • 💎 Are the bracelets handmade?

Yes, all handmade by Suzi

  • 💎 What materials are used?

Our bracelets are handmade fashion jewelry, using a variety of beads, charms and materials. Materials may vary between every design, making every Mystery Scoop unique.Our jewelry is not recommended for people with metal allergies or sensitive skin.

  • 💎 Can I return my Mystery Scoop?

We currently don't accept any returns, but for problems with your order, please contact us.

  • 💎 Do you film every Mystery Scoop?

We do our best to film all Mystery Scoops  for TikTok, but we cannot guarantee that every order will be published, this could be due to errors while filming, workload or other circumstances. We however aim to film all orders and publish them on TikTok as fast as we can. As we prioritise getting your orders sent first, your video may be delayed and uploaded only weeks after you've placed your order.

  • 💎 Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from Sweden. If ordering outside of the EU, please contact admin.
