Orders are usually prepared within 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Suzi’s Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address, email address, and phone number when placing your order. Incorrect information may delay delivery or cause your parcel to be returned.

Depending on your location, your parcel may be delivered to a pickup point. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel within the carrier’s collection period.

If a parcel is returned because it was not collected or because incorrect shipping information was provided, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
