At Suzi’s Treasures, every bracelet is handmade with care, and every Mystery Scoop is prepared individually.

Returns

If you purchase a standard product, you have the right to return it in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

However, Mystery Scoops and products made or prepared according to your personal preferences (such as color requests or custom selections) may not be eligible for return once production has begun or the order has been prepared.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at suzistreasures@hotmail.com

We will gladly replace the item or offer a refund where appropriate.

Mystery Scoop Information

Please note that Mystery Scoops are surprise products.

• Colors and bracelet designs are chosen at random.
• We are happy to consider your color preferences or colors you would like to avoid, but we cannot guarantee any requests.
• Receiving bracelets that differ from your personal taste is not considered a defect and is therefore not eligible for a refund.
